Let it Snow

Craft: Knit

Materials
Needle used: US 9 (5.5mm) circular, US 10 (6.0 mm)circular, and US 7 (4.5 mm) dpns for crown
Yarn used: Loops & Threads Impeccable Solids
Color: Cadet and Clay
Bought yarn from: Michaels
Use yarn again?Yep, once again another great end product for such a cheap acrylic yarn.  I am really happy with this yarn for Christmas gifts for the non-knitters. They also have quite a bit of color choices so I'm still very happy with this yarn all around. =]

Project Details and Feedback
Duration of Project: December 15th to December 21st, 2010
*I took my time knitting this one it could be a much faster knit, maybe about 1-2 days.
Made for: Danon
Modifications: none on purpose!
Make this pattern again? I am currently doing so. =]
Thoughts when making this pattern: This pattern has 5 inches of ribbing and you fold that in half and have the brim plus some of the body of the hat.  I was hesitant at first to do that but it turned out very nice and it's cozy and warm.  For one part you have the double layer of ribbing and at the other part you have the stranded color work so this is a pretty warm hat, even with acrylic yarn.

What I learned/practiced in this pattern: I practiced stranded color work.

LeeAnn

Thanks. No I took them. I can usually handle hats, it's the sweaters that get me! haha!
But there is this empty white wall that is next to a window and has wonderful lighting even on cloudy days! I'm in heaven! =]

p.s. consider it added
