Finished Project: Simple Steering Wheel Cover

My Simple Steering Wheel Cover
Size made: One size fits all
Craft: Knit
Made for: My poor hands

Materials
Needle(s) used:  US 10 (6.0mm) dpns
Yarn used: Peaches & Creme Solids
Color: 4 Ecru
Bought at: Walmart
Use yarn again? Yep

Project Details and Feedback
Duration of Project: July 15th, 2010 - July 17th, 2010
Modifications: The only thing  I didn't do was that I didn't hold the yarn double.
Next time I will CO more stitches (about 5-7 more) because it was only about 3/4 of the width of my steering wheel. All in all, I'm very happy with this because my hands don't burn anymore! Yay!

Love,

Indeed! Knitty.com has a nice one too called Wheelie. I think I will try that when I am not so pressured for time.

I like the work you did for your steering wheel. It could work in heat and cold.( but not rain so maybe living in Seattle is out of the question) (-:

Love ya lots,
Daddy

Thank you daddy. I think that the rain may not cause any problem with a steering wheel cover to be honest...but you could come with me and find out in a couple years =]
